Are you an authorised stockist?
Yes, we are authorised stockists for all of the brands and products we sell, both in-store and on this website.
Availability of Products?
All the goods listed on the Lydian Retreat website are usually in stock but also subject to availability.If we cannot fulfil an order, in part or in full,we will contact you.
How are your online payments processed?
All of our website payments are all processed by PayPal.
Can I pay on your website by credit/debit card?
Yes, we use Pay Pal which accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Is PayPal safe?
Yes, it is a well respected and safe way to shop on the internet. Your payment details are only known to PayPal - we do not have access to them at all.
How long will it take to receive my order?
So long as we receive your order by 3pm (Monday to Friday), we will dispatch it the same day by first class post. Failing that, we will dispatch on the next working day.
Can I call in and collect instead?
If you prefer not to shop via the internet, you can telephone your order to us and we will have it ready to pick up when you arrive at our shop in Duston, Northampton. For directions and our opening hours, see How To Find Us.
Can I pay by credit/debit card over the telephone or send you a cheque?
Yes, we can process payments by telephone, but unfortunately, we are no longer able to accept cheques.
