Mavis Lilley
IHBC ITEC MGHT

Mavis is the owner of Lydian Retreat and is a qualified sugar therapist with 19 years experience. She studied Anatomy, Physiology and Aromatherapy achieving two ITEC qualifications. She also trained at the Oxford School of Reflexology where she gained Diplomas in Thermo-Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candle) and Indian Head Massage. Achieving further Diplomas in Complementary Therapies and always working towards Continuous Professional Development.

Angela Macadam-Thomson
B.Sc. (Hons) Psychol., Dip. Hyp., Dip. INLPTA, ABSCH

Mark Chambers
BSc (HONS) MChs HPC Reg.

Mark is a fully HPC registered podiatrist (Chiropodist) that graduated from the University of Northampton in 2006 with a BSc Upper Second Class Honours in Podiatric Medicine with Local Anaesthesia and Prescription of Medication Certificates. Since graduation, Mark has been working for the NHS in Buckinghamshire where he specialises in Orthopaedic Podiatry and minor surgery. Mark is currently studying a Masters Degree in Podiatric Surgery at Glasgow Caledonian University. He has also completed post-graduate courses in the use of Antibiotics and Corticosteriod injection therapy.

Preetpal Atwal
MSc PgDip SRD

Preet is a fully HPC registered dietitian and a member of the British Dietetic Association. She graduated from University of Roehampton with a Masters in Clinical Nutrition and went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics from London Metropolitan University in 2007. Preet is constantly updating her Knowlege by partaking in continued professional development. Since qualifying Preet has been working for the NHS constantly gaining experience in a wide field of dietetics. This includes diabetes,coronary heart disease,weight management, cancer and kidney disease. She also advises on general healthy eating, healthy eating during pregnancy, osteoporosis as well as some gastrointestinal disorders. Preet says she enjoys advising clients helping them become empowered with nutritional knowlege which can improve their wellbeing.
